Shipping & delivery

We offer several shipping options for the benefit of our UK and European customers with free shipping available on orders over £15.00. Most courier and some Royal Mail deliveries will require a signature on delivery. Your tracking number and the estimated delivery day are emailed to you when your order has shipped.

UK delivery options

  • Free shipping

    Cost: Free
    Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.
    Conditions: £15.01 minimum order.

  • Christmas Delivery Times

    UK mainland orders placed for in-stock items before 11am on Friday 20th December with Express shipping will be delivered in time for Christmas.
    Last day for ordering with Standard shipping is Wednesday 18th December for UK delivery.

  • Standard shipping

    Cost: £3.50
    Delivery time: 2 to 3 business days
    Conditions: Orders under £15.00

  • Express shipping

    Cost: £3.95 Flat rate per order.
    Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days

  • Remote Area Delivery Times

    Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and some remote locations (such as the Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands) may take a day or two longer to reach you. Same shipping rates as rest of UK.

  • Channel Islands

    Under £15.00 = £4.75
    £15.01 to £55.00 = £17.35
    Over £55.01 = £21.65
    Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days

European & Worldwide delivery options

  • European delivery

    Republic of Ireland: Flat rate of £14.05 per order
    Europe: Flat rate from £17.95 per order - see check out for specific rates for your country. Some European destinations may experience delays with new Customs regulations between the UK and Europe. Import duty or tax costs may be applicable in some EU countries, in addition couriers in some destinations - currently Greece and Poland - may apply a random service fee. The price paid for your order includes product and shipping only.

  • International delivery

    Australia from £51.00 per order
    USA & Canada from £35.00 per order

    Worldwide delivery is currently from 5-20 days. Shipping is based on weight and the typical set of placemats and coasters can weigh around 3kg (6 to 7lbs), making worldwide shipping expensive.

  • All other destinations

    For worldwide countries other than Australia, USA & Canada please contact customer services to obtain a shipping quote.
